I encode everything on the distributed BD. If it's not in my distribution, it probably wasn't there when I distributed it.
DTS-HD standard is not commonly used in TV audio.

I'm just wondering why the theatrical version of the first special is missing from the BD release, even though both specials were released as such in Japanese cinemas before the Japanese TV premiere. In addition, the DTS-HD sound is available for the TV version of the first special. In the second special, this DTS-HD sound is supposed to be reserved exclusively for the cinema version, which is remarkably included.
